Sleeping on an air mattress is no fun

We’ve been sleeping on an air mattress for 2 solid weeks (thankfully our furniture arrives tomorrow). We’ve been working on the home day in and out. I have never been this physically drained in my life. I could never be a construction worker–this is tough stuff in my opinion. I am amazed at what we have accomplished though. Our kitchen is coming together nicely. Our maple hardwood flooring that we ordered from Home Depot (bad decision to order from them…it’s been a complete mess) has been delayed in shipping, so we’re not sure when it will come in. Because we don’t have the new flooring, we can’t install our base cabinets, appliances, etc. We have started installing the wall cabinets however, and they’re going up nicely.

Wow that looks like a LOT of work. I was just thinking about you guys. When y’all are finished I’m coming up and we are going skiing!! It will be super fun!
