I believe the GO stuff is finally nearing completion. Yay! Also Eric Ganko (a guy I’ve worked with on it from UGA) had his defense on Monday. It all went well and he finishes in August as Dr. Eric Ganko. He and his wife have a site you can check out. They have some amazing photos which inspired Anna to get a new camera. Alternatively you can read about gene ontology at geneontology.org. Hopefully we can get this program published soon. It has been entertaining working with Colin on the C++ version. Once 1.0 is done we can move on to 2.0! The perl suite was recently presented at a conference in March. The C++ implementation is speedy and hopefully we can write a nice GUI for it (2.0 anyone).
